BRUCE LOURIE -- President of The Ivey Foundation; Director Ontario Power Authority; Director Ontario Trillium Foundation

Bruce Lourie is one of Canada’s most influential leaders and thinkers in the environment sector. As the President of The Ivey Foundation, his career is built on creating collaborative solutions to challenges facing non-profits, government and the private sector. He has received political appointments from both Conservative and Liberal governments and has been appointed to international, federal, provincial and municipal bodies.

Bruce is a Director of the Ontario Power Authority, a Director of the Ontario Trillium Foundation, and a Chair of the Board of Environmental Defence Canada. Lourie has expertise in toxic substances, green energy, forest conservation and environmental philanthropy.

STEVE ROGERS -- President, Automotive Parts Manufacturing Association

APMA is the national association of original equipment producers of parts, equipment, tools, supplies and services to the worldwide automotive industry. The association has over 400 member organizations, with global sales of $C30 Billion in 2007.
Steve Rodgers has a 22 year career as a senior executive with Magna International and a 7 year career with General Motors of Canada. At the time of his departure from Magna, Steve was Vice President, Global Business Development covering the Asia-Pacific region focused on the countries of Japan, Korea, China, India and Thailand.

In 2006 Steve founded GS Global Solutions, focused on assisting automotive suppliers, governments and partners to find solutions in dealing with the rapidly changing automotive industry. These challenges included issues such as global integration, supply chain transformation and changing technology.

CHRIS PROVOST -- Senior Vice President, AKCELL; Author of Grow Your Profits; Global Supply Chain Expert

Chris has delivered over $150 million in net profit growth for companies over the last 10 years -- by improving their sustainable supply processes. He has negotiated with hundreds of organizations in his leadership roles as Director of National Transportation and Director of Fleet, Strategy & Shared Services at Walmart; with Unilever Canada’s Distribution Committee, as well as with Fellowes as Senior Directing Manager, Operations.

A Value Chain expert with extensive experience in Business, Sustainability, Marketing, Supply Chain Logistics, Systems, Manufacturing and Financial management, Chris also ran major logistic network projects for a Crown corporation. His new book Grow Your Profits assists organizations to plan today for environmental contingencies.

JACK AMPUJA -- President & CEO, Supply Chain

Supply Chain Optimizers is a management advisory firm founded upon the principle of taking waste out of the supply chain. Jack serves as Executive-in-Residence at Niagara University and leads their Center for Supply Chain Excellence. He has been a member of the editorial advisory board of Supply Chain Management Review for over 10 years.

Jack has been certified in Transportation and Logistics by the American Society of Transportation and Logistics (ASTL), in Customer Service by the International Customer Service Association (ICSA) and in Purchasing Management by the National Association of Purchasing Management (NAPM). He has held officer positions with the Canadian American Border Trade Alliance. He has testified as an expert before U.S. Congress on border crossing issues.

RYAN KAGAN -- Managing Partner, Kagan and Kagan LLP

Ryan is a chartered accountant and specialist in helping organizations and governments 'green' their financial transaction processes, saving major annual costs and minimizing carbon footprints. As managing partner, his firm specializes in maximizing subsidies for organizations who create value-profits. He also works with organizational leaders to better understand international reporting standards for sustainable business practices.

DOUG ZIMMERMAN -- President, Promolink Marketing

Over his extensive career, Doug has been directly involved in all aspects of public and private sector promotional campaigns. He is a world-class executive instructor who has taught at York University, International Business Education Centre and Certified Advertising Practices program. He received the “Sales Promotion Professional of the Year” award the first year it was established by industry.
